Show and Tell thread

Here's my Intrigue while I visited Detroit for the Homecoming show this summer:

Some of you might have seen it a few pages ago in this thread; I'm friends with Travis and his pretty bronzemist GLS ;).

Done a bunch of work to it to bring it to what I've wanted it to be (nothing really aftermarket, except for the headunit, and some leds, but more factory stuff like fog lights, chrome wheels, leather, etc). She was a GX with cloth and aluminums when I got her.

Pic of my other car that's currently being restored (71 Cutlass Supreme):

And some project Intrigues my father and I completed and sold:

99 Bronzemist GL aka "Richard's Intrigue" after the original owner
Had the 3.29 gearing transmission, a broken Eibach lowering kit, and a need for a new LX5 engine. We did an engine swap, and changed out the transmission while we were at it.

98 GL
Was in need of some body pieces, front end work, and a transmission. Completed all of that. The first day we got it, with its terrible tires:

That old train station is Detroit's "Acropolis". Been hearing for years it'll get renovated but it always looks like something from a creepy movie.

Fitting, as they've actually filmed a few creepy movies in there:) I believe at least one Transformer's movie as well.

There were actually signs there for a construction / renovation company when I went. One of them mentioned asbestos - not sure if they were renovating that and maybe removing asbestos.?. or; but regardless, the station has so much character.

Well the owner is Matty Maroun, the billionaire owner of the Ambassador bridge to Canada. He's actually owned it since the mid-nineties when it was still in decent shape. He recently cleaned it up a bit and secured it better in response to the ongoing negative publicity about it, but I take any renovation or re-use plans on a "I'll believe it when I see it" basis.
