This is an odd one! My son's car had a misfire code on his car and I found a bad spark plug. Electrode was gone. Replaced all the plugs and the ignition module on top that has the spark plugs boots attached. Started it up and its running great. Day later he calls me and tells me the check engine light is on again. Pull the code and its a P0340, Cam sensor. So I go to Rock Auto look it up but there is no listing, go to other vendors and even GM. Can't find a listing. So I ask my mechanic buddy about this and he checks it out and says there is no such part! Only the V6 has the cam sensor and my son's is a 2.2 4 banger with 150K. Any ideas to get rid of the light? It's running fine but I suspect something is up. Crank sensor maybe? Or just leave it till it acts up. TIA Eddie
