I am trying to remove the Heater Core Cover from a 1994 Achieva SC in order to replace the heater core. I have removed all the hoses and parts indicated in the service manual pages including the 10 screws from the cover, but am having difficulty pulling the cover off. If all 10 screws are removed from the cover, should the cover come off easily or is there something else that attaches it to the firewall?
