Digital Cluster Not On

I have an 89 Toronado Trofeo, and it was sitting for 3 months while I was working on it. I just got it running again, but my digital cluster doesn't turn on. No light whatsoever. The battery isn't full charge and I've been relying on jumpstarting every time I want power so maybe I should just charge the battery? Any advice?
