Delta 88 Heater core/AC prob?

seeking advice for my 1989 Delta 88 Royale

AC blows really cold air when I first start the car
Gets warm after a while when engine warms up
Recharged my AC system, no leaks nothing
Heater blows hot air when turned on
Losing coolant (5-6 drops a min) when the heater is on

is it possible that heater core is affecting the AC performance of my car?? and what is the solution
