There is a hose with a metal sensor at the end of it, that is broken and sometimes falls in front of the throttle, causing it to stick. The hose comes up from the transmission and seems to cross over into (or through) the engine. We think there is another piece that might've covered the sensor part of the hose that has fallen deep into the car or just fallen out completely. We think it plugs into something that heats up, like its suppose to sense for something hot (overheating, maybe?). The metal sensor part has oil residue around it. For an 1999 Aurora Olds, 4.0L V8 eng. Update: we think its a transmission vent.
