Hello, I'm in dire need of some help. I've got a 97 Oldsmobile 88 with the V6 3800 motor I was using ether to get my car started after I ran out of gas I sprayed too much in there I guess because it backfired and it looked like the engine come up out of the compartment but I know it didn't but that was what it seems like it did anyways I blew the intake gasket and blew the EGR tube out of its spot and after that I got it going and drove it 6 mi to town halfway there it started barreling condensation smoke you know so I know that the coolant was leaving through the exhaust by the time I got to town it died on me because I ran out of gas and I coasted into a parking lot and I walk to get gas and came back put gas in and then when I would try to start it it would not turn over it was just like it was locked up or something I ended up getting the car pulled home and I got the new intake gasket kit put it in and all that I put new plugs and plug wires in and now I'm been trying to start it it wouldn't start I figured it was the starter because I've been having to jump the starter because my ignition is messed up with key broke off in it so I got a new starter put it on it's doing the same thing I can the motor will turn if you have the spark plugs out it turns you know all the way the flywheel turns but when I go to try to use the to start it it just like hits a dead stop almost or something I don't know whether it's the connection with my wires or what it is throwing the EGR pencil position code I took it off cleaned it got it working well but it's still a no start condition and it kills a battery like really fast I don't understand I got a brand new battery and it killed it immediately need some insight thanks in advance
