2003 Alero — Rear power window won't roll up all the way

Thank you to all whom reply to this thread.

I have a 2003 Alero and my rear driver side window won't roll up all the way.

Is this an issue with those shitty clips that break all the time? Or is it an issue with the actual window regulator?
