1988 delta 88 royale brougham vin c problem(s)

Okay so i was wondering if anyone knows or has experience with my problems. Before i say anything the car is a 1988 delta 88 rb vin c. Alright well it first started when my car started to stutter kinda like misfiring but i didnt smell any gas it just wouldnt accelerate, but it would do it in bursts. So i pulled it over and it gave me a code 41 and would not start back up. After an hour of checking through the engine it finally started. Code 41 is the camshaft sensor so i replace the sensor without diagnosing because my old one still had the warranty. I also replaced the coil pack and air filter(just because it was overdue). It started running better no major hesitations or stuttering but it still did it faintly. Code went away and figured it might be intermitent. Then one day it started the same problem just more the car would shake and it might have been misfiring because i felt some jerks or pops from the hesitant acceleration. Car would run better when restarted after awhile but if you drove it too long it would strt back up. It gave me code 44 for lean exhaust. I think its the engine control module or something to do with air because my spark system should be good if it's not the ecm. Maybe a vacuum leak but idk does anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked/replaced the spark plugs and wires? I had a 90 LeSabre that did a similar thing to what you describe and the spark plugs were completely shot. A new set of plugs & wires set it right.
