1 barrel carb leaking after changing the fuel pump!

Hi Everyone, I changed my mechanical fuel pump when my 1965 Olds F85 deluxe would die after driving 20 to 30 miles. It fixed that problem but now my 1 barrel carb is leaking out of the gaskets. I replaced the carb with one from Rock Auto about 5 years ago and it didn't start leaking until after I changed the fuel pump. It almost seems like the fuel pump is pumping too much gas to the carb. Any ideas on what I should do to fix the leaking carb? I replaced all the gaskets but it still leaks.
