Underneath to dash on the right hand side. I know one is under the hood and one is underneath the dash on the right hand side near the footwell.

Where did you find your replacement pcm? Was it already programmed and did it fix your problem?

Bought it online. Look on eBay. Also look up GM parts numbers as well. Some of the automotive sites may have them too. It was already programmed.
