Turn Signal Issues and Dash issues

We have an issue with our left turn signal staying on.
Both front and back lights come when requested, but it does not flash. Just stays solid. The right is normal.

Also the odometer and lights only come on some times. Not sure it is related issue or not.
Any help would be great thanks
