My 2001 Intrigue power windows will not work it's going to rain tomorrow! Help me!!!

2 days ago I went somewhere and put my two front windows down. I came home and went to go leave again and ALL the windows will no longer go up or down. I tried switching the fuses around to see if maybe it was a bad fuse but that didn't seem to work. I also noticed my two top dash lights are no longer working now either. I don't know what to do, but it's going to rain and my car is going to get ruined. I need help!!
