Delta 88 1988 Running Rich

I have a delta 88 that is running Rich and has rough idle and shifts hard some times other times it shifts fine and trans was replaced 3 years ago. some vacuum lines are missing i think cant find diagram anywhere.

3800 vin 3

repairs done to it.

Shift solenoid was replace last month
Valve covers
spark plugs and wires
alt
ac compressor- not getting 12 v
new radio
motor mounts
water pump
thermostat

Any Ideas?
