2002 oldsmobile bravada radio randomly saying got 6 cds again when i put cd in it will not take cd

Hello oldsmobile comunity i have a 2002 oldsmobile bravada that has a radio with a 6 disc changer about 5 maybe 6 months it just suddenly stop accepting cds ans told me cd player error well today i get into my car and it says i have 6 cds in and when i go to eject them it sounds like its ejecting but nothing comes out and trying to play/put a cd in it it will not accept the cd and tells me cd player error anyone else have this problem and if anyone has any ways to fix it maybe i can try them
