2002 intrigue blower soaked

we have a 2002 oldsmobile intrigue and the customer said that the air blower wasn’t working and when we checked it out the blower was soaked with water. we assumed that the drain tube was clogged. One does that sound right and two we can not a find a drain tube.

If I recall correctly, the drain tube is in the engine compartment, right side, firewall (but in close proximity to hoses and other engine parts. Tight fit but accessible; rubber grommet pulls off (for cleaning). It's been a while since I've had my Intrigue but I recall accessing the drain tube from underneath.
