I just bought a 2000 alero for $500 it is running good accept the service vehicle soon light, service engine soon light, trac off and abs lights stay on. I stopped by a autozone to pull codes he hooked it up and said it was the battery. It has a new battery I bought when i bought the car 2 days ago so I am thinking maybe corrosion or alternator. anyone have any other suggestions I should check?
