My 92 Olds 98 regency was having previous issues in which i found out that 2 of my cylinders were not working at all, after fixing this my engine worked just like new however just this week (about 2 weeks after fixing the cylinders) my engine started to make this horrible grinding/rattling...

I had a radiator leak, From a hose just under the MAF Hose going to the manifold. Comes almost straight out of the back and hooks 90degrees ish down maybe 8-10 inches overall. We had to remove several other hoses to get the room to get the thing out and new one in. I wasnt there for this part...
