dash lights

Hi hope someone can give ideas of where to start.2 days ago car lost dash lights, tail lights, auto on ability of headlights and it chimes when in gear (not in neutral or park). Have checked all fuses (bulbs being bad make blinkers flash quickly rulled that out) Have searched forums for anything...

According the service manual for the 2002, pulling the instrument panel requires pulling lots of other panels and the steering wheel. Can it be done without all that? I want to replace the light bulbs behind as I can barely see my speedometer at night.... :)
