Hey guys, long time no post

Hi everyone, just spent the last 4 hours trawling though old posts I've missed, I haven't logged on for over 4 years since I sold my trofeo

Glad to see some of the old names still about and a load of new ones too,

Ninety eight regency is still here I see! Wonder if the car is finally finished

On another note, what are the parts selling rules on this forum? I found a few bits in the garage (which reminded me of this forum), thought this would be the ideal place to move them on. I mean, they've only sat in the garage for 4 years!!!!!

Hope everyone's well

EDGE

Hello Edge! It is good to hear from you. I am down to the last thing on the Toronado. I have to replace the harmonic balancer. It is warped and the steering wheel, seats, and seat belts vibrate in sync with the warped balanced. I will need to replace the belt too.

Then after that, I will be finished. I want to do something about the chrome strip on the exterior. I might buy a silver paint pen( automotive paint ) and paint it to make it look like chrome again. Maybe they have a chrome pen. I will have to investigate.

It has been a journey to get to this point.

hey, It's been another 6 months since I logged on! Where does the time go!

Glad to hear your getting to the end of your list

I managed to dig out a set of 5 hub caps and a brand new ECU for the 1990 trofeo that I sold. I have no idea on the values though, I know what i paid all those years ago but no idea what they're worth now.

The hub caps are in very good condition, I think I paid $25 each plus shipping. The ECU was $200, again, plus shipping. Are they worth much now days?

any help would be appreciated,

Michael

hi guys

I know its been a long time (again) but do you think hub caps and ECUs are worth trying to sell at the moment? Ive got the 5 caps and an ECU in the garage and cant see that there's any market for them in the UK but over there I'm sure they must be worth something to someone??
