2000 Bravada Power loss

Howdy folks. Ive got a 2000 Bravada that just recently developed an issue. When driving I can feel the engine lose power/strain. Not really feeling any sort of misfire, just a restriction of sorts. Seems to last 1-3 seconds and then stop. Repeating sporadically the entire time I drive it. When it happens the engine RPMS drop about 100.

Appreciate any thoughts on the matter. I thought perhaps bad fuel. So I filled up with super and no change.

Thanks for any and all help!
