2004 alero start then die

Ok so my daughter wrecked an 2002 alero, I bought a 2004 that would start for prob 1 sec and then die. Assumed the theft system was active. (It started and ran a couple times, though security light was on, door locks not working, and radio says locked.) Changed the ignition switch, pcm, and bcm with ones out of other car, same results. Put other units on wrecked car and starts right up. Any suggestions would be great.
