95 olds 98 problems

so i got this car from a lady that her husband just passed away after getting the title sorted out i started to work on the mechanicals. so i put in a new pump and sending unit (since my unit was bad) as well as a filter. also i have done the upper intake manifold and gasket and lower gasket, water pump, thermostat, rad cap, temp sensor (due to my own stupidity), cleaned the throttle body and grate in throttle body, plugs, wires i haven't got yet (on order), air cleaner, oil and filter, and tires. (i think that was all). i have put around 1000-1500 into it and i got it for 500. i am still having one problem with it. it runs just fine but especially when its cold when i give it little fuel is acts like it wants to die. i have a problem with a vacuum line (but i can't find a replacement so i taped it up for now and it doesn't seem to leak using the brake clean test. every time i fix something it seems to gain a little power but i know it should have more cause this isn't the first 3800 series 2 i have owned. the second problem is with the dual heat controls and i am pretty sure it's the stupid actuator it will blow hot or cold depending n the temp i have it on one side but cold (just cold not matter where the knob is) on the other but if it change the rod behind the glove box the other side will blow hot too. i also changed the grille back to chrome and the radio to a cd/cassette. old pics

Check the ignition module that the coil packs sit on. Check coil packs too. Look for leaks around the sensors and the hoses connected to them. There may be cracks or leaks around the lines. Check the oxygen sensor and the crossover pipe too. That issue you are dealing with is minor. Also check the sensors and the camshaft position sensor on the passenger side inside the well opening. Check the sensors you can see from the front( mass air flow, throttle position, idle air control valve).
