Transfer case diagnostics code C0306

I just replaced a transfer case, encoder motor and TCCM. The transfer case is rebuilt, the encoder motor is new and the TCCM is a Dorman refurbished that they say does not need to be programmed.
I pulled all the fuses and disconnected the battery for 30minutes after clearing all the codes with a Bluedriver scanner. I also saw a ground on the drivers side on the frame that I cleaned and made sure it was working well. I also cleaned all the grounds I could find up in the engine compartment. I don't know where to look for any other grounds that would be involved with the transfer case wiring. I also swapped out the TCCM with two other matching part number modules and I still get the same code, C0306. Diagnostic Trouble Code C0306 is set once the Transfer Case Control Module detects an open, short-to-ground, or low voltage in the Motor Control A or B circuit, or an open or short-to-ground fault inside of the transfer case motor.
I checked the harness for voltage and one tab has 5 volt which I believe is correct on the schematic. When I start the car, the AWD service light is not on but comes on within 30 seconds. I don't believe that I have any front wheel drive. It does not have a 4wheel drive selector. It is AWD. Not sure where to go from here. I live in Seattle. If anyone knows some guys that are hot shots at figuring this stuff out, please let me know. Thanks
