2001 Oldsmobile Aurora Manual Shift Release

Iíve got a dead Aurora that Iím getting towed. Battery is completely dead and wonít take a charge. I need to get it shifted to neutral, but canít find the manual shift release. Any assistance or advice?

Take the console cover off, then push the shift interlock off the shifter. It's not needed. And, you won't get any error with it off.
