Fuel Filter

I want to change the fuel filter on my '85 Olds 88. Any tips on doing so?

Make sure you don't put the filter in backwards ..
Otherwise pretty straight forward.. You'll need a 1" wrench to hold the fitting in the carb, and a 5/8" wrench (line wrench if you got one) for the fuel line... Unscrew the fuel line, unscrew the piece out of the carb.. There will be a spring in there that goes between the filter and the carb itself.. One thing to check would be the condition of the little plastic washer that goes on the fitting that screws into the carb to hold the filter in.. Sometimes these get old and brittle and will cause leaks...
