I located the ECT behind and below the throttle body, and turns out the two wires (black and yellow) were chewed off by a rodent (I think). I could repair the wiring if I knew where the ECT wires connect to the rest of the car. Anyone have a wiring diagram??

Good find!

Anyone know where the PCM is located? I'm going to assume the PCM for the 99 is the same as the 01.

Thanks!

Yup, the PCM is in the same place for all Intrigues. In fact, for "most" GM cars, it's in the same place - under the air filter in the engine bay.

Btw, fwiw, many GM PCMs are interchangeable.
But, the PCM must be programmed for the year, model, and engine. Some may have additional program options.

Good Luck!

My car has had rough starts for years. Once it is warmed up it idles fine.
