94 Silhouette

Hello there, new member here with a slight problem. My fathers 3.8 Silhouette has a coolant leak I narrowed down to the by pass hose or at least that area. I moved alternator and started to loosen hose from manifold side and when I tried to pull hose off the connector snapped off with most of it remaining in manifold. I tried using an extractor but it just eats away at the cheap plastic and wont budge. Any thoughts on getting this out? I thought of using a small hack saw blade but don't want to damage the threads. Maybe a torch?

Any help would be appreciated.
