Dash Lights

Hello. I have a 1984 Delta 88 that I inherited from my uncles and is in incredible shape!
There are a few dash lights that do not seem to be working. Could someone tell me from looking at the attached if there are lights behind the clock and the temperature control?
Also how would I get the face plate off the dash and speedometer area as I need to replace the bulb behind the speedometer on the left side?
