power antenna

I just installed a replacement power antenna I got out of an aurora from the local bone yard and it works backwards. Goes up when radio is turned off and goes down when radio is turned on. The wiring and all other components appear the same, any ideas?

Take the plug that feeds the antenna's power, it's 3 wires correct? 1 is ground, 1 is power up, 1 is power down, have someone turn your radio on and off and test with a volt meter to find your 2 power wires, then reverse these 2 wires with each other. now it should go up when you want and down when you want
