1989 Oldsmobile 98 Touring Sedan FE3 price

I am trying to figure what price to list a 1989 Oldsmobile 98 Touring Sedan... car is located in Toronto and has never been winter driven. It was summer driven and spent its winters in Florida. Hasnít been on the road since 2011. It is White with the grey leather. Interior is in excellent condition... tires are shot, hood and roof need painted as it has peeled and it would need a new headliner...car has approx 150,000 Kms Car was running perfect until it was parked. Still runs, but rough. 8 year old gas would do that...
