2001 3.5 aurora issues

In the last Month my Aurora has been acting strange. When I push the driver door lock both my trunk and gas door open. I have diagnostic tools, received some codes, set about fixing codes, checked relays, and fuses, both under hood and in battery compartment under my rear seat.
What could be causing this and should I re set brain?

Whether this is helpful to you or not I can only guess. Perhaps you will be looking at a broken wire (as in the video). Disregard if irrelevant.
