Keyless Entry Receiver Part Number

On my '99 Aurora, the keyless entry system is not working. The only button on the key fob that works is the PANIC button. All others are non functioning.
Was told that the receiver needed to be replaced. As such, I need to get the part number for the receiver so I can replace it. My local GM dealer said that they can't give out part numbers because people purchase online rather than at the dealership. So if anyone can tell me the part number it would be greatly appreciated.
