Brake pad suggestion

I'm planning on doing brake work on my 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue since the rear brakes are wearing out and the front ones aren't too far behind. I'm looking up brake pads to see which ones would suit me best for harsh winter and brutal summer temperatures. I found organic brake pads for the rear on Rockauto.com, ceramic, and original pads for my car that are for either the front, back, or both. Which ones would be better for less brake noise and better heat and cold temperatures? I'm planning on getting coated rotors as well since my state puts a lot of road salt and spray on the roads, causing my rotors to get rusty.

Note: Hawk pads are real performance pads.
Therefore, they do produce dust.
If a pad doesn't produce dust, it's NOT a real performance pad - regardless of the BS that the manufacture or interweb idiots say.

Fwiw, the above are what I use.

Good Luck.
