You can't use Fast Reply. Click the Add Reply button.. On that screen, you've got the Attachments option near the bottom. Keep scrolling down until you see it. With this version, you can only attach one image per post.. That'll change soon...

Nope, it isn't there for me when I do "Add Reply". There's no attachment option.
