106auto is on a distinguished road

I have a 2002 Alero 2.2l. I have changed the blend door (air temperature actuator) 3 times now, 2 used and 1 brand new and none of them are working. The original one I have makes a noise like it is trying to work but isnt doing its job. I am completely stummped. The only other thing that I can think of is that it could an electrical issue. I have used every last resource I can think of and am completely stumped. If this is an electical problem would someone happen to have a wiring diagram that shows the wire that go to the blend door? Also I had to change the automatic door lock, but it wont lock, it just unlocks. Any words of wisdom would be GREATLY appreciated!!
