2000 Bravada power loss?

Okay Im not really sure whats going on. Within the last couple of days my Bravada seems to be losing power under load. I can kinda feel the engine load increase, like theres somekind of strain, and watch the rpms drop about a 100RPM. This only lasts for a couple of seconds then returns to normal.

Fuel issue? Replace filter? Anyone have any other ideas/suggestions.

I filled it up with super after this started to see if there was any change and there was not.

Thanks in advance for any help!
