rack & pinion '98 intrigue

Has anyone replaced the r&p/ power steering pump on their olds? Looking for some resources of info as this will be a blind approach for me but it needs attention asap. I have ll the parts and am digging in tomorrow but I was hoping to have an edge. P.S.: new mmber here and just found this site after scouring the internet for weeks trying to find information.
Thanks
